Membership is composed of REALTORS® who are brokers, appraisers, and salespeople, and affiliate members, who are involved in
the real estate profession's allied industries - mortgage brokers, title companies, banks, etc.
MAR provides a facility for education, research and exchange of information to its members and provides a service to
the public and government by insuring the right to protect and promote home ownership and private property rights. MAR offers more than 70 seminars a year to its
2000 members on all aspects of real estate and provides a
research library of available information for the real estate professional.
The term REALTOR® is a collective membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the
National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to and is bound by its code of ethics and professional standards.
